特点介绍:
1、ZP致胜PET专用机主要适用于PET瓶胚及PET包装类行业,配置大功率动力,大扭距马达,大顶出力油缸。

equipped with high-power power, large-torque motor and large-top output oil cylinder.
2、标配注射开环配置与手动背压组合,长周期保压稳定可靠。
The combination of standard injection open-loop configuration and manual backpressure
ensures stable and reliable long-term pressure maintaining.
3、PET专用螺杆设计,长径比均大于23:1,兼顾塑化效率与塑化效果。
PET special screw design, the length-diameter ratio is greater than 23:1,
taking into account the plasticizing efficiency and plasticizing effect.
4、料筒标配陶瓷加热圈,适配PET材料高温需求与加热高稳定性。
The barrel is equipped with ceramic heating ring as standard, which is suitable for
the high temperature demand of PET material and high heating stability.
5、客户可根据产品克重及成型周期要求选择不同射台与合模部分进行组合。酒类包装需要根据合模部分降一级或两级射台进行匹配。
Customers can select different injection tables and clamping parts for combination according to product weight and
molding cycle requirements. Wine packaging needs to be matched by one or two stages of shooting table according
to the mold closing part.
6、可选配电动储料装置与开合模同步功能。
It can be equipped with electric storage device and mold opening and closing synchronization function.
